Wonderful
Room service. Pool. Main restaurant. Door service.
Missed a mirrow on the other side of the door from bathroom and corridor. The tv was unnecessarily dominating the wall, wanted to have a mirror there. Room service good but missing a chair to enjoy the meals sitting properly. Asked help in help desc , needed tickets to Prado, she never came back with information how it went.

Overall perfect impression
Evertyhting was almost perfect, corresponding to expectations from Mandarin
Some minor tiny things could have been better. Coffee from Nespresso machines is not serious for Mandarin, some responds and actions from housekeeping could have been faster.
